Se trata de un vídeo hecho para el Ayuntamiento de Alzira en su presentación al Congreso Nacional de Interoperabilidad y Seguridad. 2014.
Trata el tema de todo lo conseguido en materia de modernización en este Ayuntamiento. Es por ello que se optó por la fórmula de la entrevista ya que era muy importante que cada una de las personas encargadas de un área específica, explicase cuál era el funcionamiento. La postproducción fue fundamental para apoyar y reforzar con elementos gráficos, el mensaje que se estaba dando en cada momento.
